im guessing twinflame but i could be wrong, but it feels so right in the dream

I don't remember much of the dream other than a girl, around my age(im 19), she seemed to be perfect from what i remember, she was 5'5" or so, shorter than me, im 5'9", she had long brown/black hair, i cant remember if her eyes were green or blue, during the dream there was a song playing, a song that i havent heard in a long time, but i had not downloaded it that day, and every time i hear that song now, i think of this girl,( I read about the story of the guy who dreamt of a phone number and went to text and then the girl and the guy later got married and were in love), and i thought to myself, is this my twin flame,soul mate,true love, etc. , but in one of the dreams, her dad and I talked, and he seemed to like me a lot, we laughed and what not, and then i went upstairs to check on the girl and i step into this weird vault lookingshower and thats where she is, she is in the shower, its huge, and water comes from everywhere, she wastn naked, she was dressed, but she was dancing or something, and when i walked up to her we started talking , i cant remember what about, and then i remember we kissed on the lips, then i woke up due to my alarm clock, then a couple of days later, she was in my dream again, again the song played, and she was in my dream, thsi time we were in the hospital together, and were in the beds next to eachother, and I remember a male nurse checking on us, and then when he left, her and i hada pillow fight and kissed again, but then, i woke up in the middle of the night, and i dont know why. I saw her once again in another dream, but she wasnt the focus of the dream, and i cant remember what the dream is about, im hoping another dream will occur so i can give you more information.

Song playing means a sorrow is on the way.
She was dancing also means a sorrow is on the way.
