Son Received His Red Coat

My family and I were traveling east on a street in the small town where we live now. The street was full of holes and was very rough to travel. However, I was driving a farm tractor and going very slow so nobody would fall off. We stopped in front of a house, I got off and knocked on the door. The owner of the house appeared with a red, down-filled winter coat that belongs to my older son. For some reason, I felt like that this was a sign that he would be protected.
Any help or interpretations are always welcomed.

your son may be at an age where he is subject to the natural sexual impulses of life and this has you worried. but at the same time you feel that you have given him some protection he can use so that he will not suffer the to travails of this terrain..
