My Wife's Double Attacked Her

This dream is one that made me sit up with fear. My wife and I were in our bedroom and she had just laid down. I heard another person's voice in our room and got up quickly because there was another woman getting ready to attack my wife. I used a lance to pummel her to the ground and my wife started shouting repeatedly at me, "Don't hurt her!" The woman had become tangled in our bedspread and when I uncovered her, I was shocked to see my wife's double except she had white hair.
If anybody would interpet or give me your thoughts on this one, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Her white hair means she will receive some dignity and esteem.

the dream indicates that you may be having trouble dealing with a percieved change in your wife. She may be maturing; that might explain the white hair. You wife shouting to not hurt herm may mena that you fell she wants this integration into her life.
