Putting My Wife's Money In a New Account

I was walking down a deserted city street until I arrived at the bank where I do business. Then I asked to see the banker (she was dark haired, wore glasses and dressed in black) who oversees my wife's accounts. For some reason, my wife wanted her money taken out of an sccount and put into another one. The banker told me that she would perform the request and for me not to worry about anything.
Any help is always welcomed.
