Being Fired On & Going to a Party

I was in an unknown place with two other people. We were wanting to leave this area, so we climbed into a yellow Hummer with black upholestery. One of my friends attempting to start the engine. However, as we did a young boy with a gun came out of a building and began shooting at us. I yelled for my friends to duck. Meanwhile, I was trying to set up a mini kitchen in the back but to no avail. The engine did start and we were able to pull away without anyone getting hurt. We stopped at this building where there was a party going on. I met some people that I didn't know and my older sister was there. There were many couples there with children and small babies. Everyone who had a child or a baby wanted me to hold them for some reason. I was happy to hold the babies and servants would offer me candy, cookies, punch, and other sweets on silver platters. Then my older sister and uncle showed up. Our uncle was going to take our aunt to Arizona and I teased him and told him that I had bought her plane ticket because I wanted to travel out west. We laughed about it and parted. Then I was asked to carry a child down a steep set of steps. I did so carefully becuase the steps were made of brown stone and were hard to maunever. However, I made it down the steps safely.
Any help or interpretations are always welcomed.

There was no music at the party and it seemed liked I was holding baby girls all the time.

Well if you go to a party people talk to you in a freindly and sociable way but if you get shot at then the situation involves hostilty. So maybe try to think of some situation where you are judging why someone acted hostilely in a situatiopn where you expected good and friendly treatment
