Can anyone tell me what does this dream mean...Mixed dream...!

It was like a cousin of mine was pregnant and came to my house, she came to my bed to sleep she was somehow in danger by someone and was in our house.
Then I was with a realitive and we started to escape from something but i couldnt see from what, everyone was trying to go somewhere and run.
Then some dogs were around us, i was a little afraid but they didnt do anything to us but one of the dogs gave me a ring. I looked at my hands and i saw two rings also another i use to have before and this one the dog gave me.
Suddenly my relative i was with disappeared and I just kept going in a small town i didnt know. I kept going and i found the way home and escaped. When i reached home at the door, i saw my brother and i said for my relaitve escaped and I asked him where his son is.. My brother started to cry and said noone knows where is his son, something happened to him i think. I started to cry also.
Then i woke up. It was as a nightmare.

Can anyone tell me what does this mean. Dogs, rings, crying ....running away and all this things.
