Please help interpret my dream

I am female. I had a dream about a work colleague and myself. He and I were together at a classical concert or performance of some kind. We went up on the stage in front of the audience, where he sat on a chair, unzipped and fully exposed his organ, which was substantial and quite impressive. I got on top and we had sex. There was no embarrassment at all, and the audience thought this behaviour was quite normal. There was no one else on the stage - we were the only ones. What does this mean? Can anyone shed any light on this dream. My work colleague is gay!
