Does this even have a meaning?

I had a dream a while ago and I have related some parts to things in real life. I play a fair bit of video games and recognised some parts of my dream from games.

My dream started where I was playing in a pool with an african american boy I didn't recognise. He was either the same age as me or a year older. The game we were playing had caused me to put my head underwater and open my eyes. The water was very dark and black, I could barley see. I suddenly had a helmet that let me breathe underwater.
(It was a helmet from one of my videogames, "Elder Scrolls:Oblivion" The helmet is called Fin Gleam)
I looked around and saw a huge serpent like creature comming at me from underwater,
(It looked like the creature on the cover of this book "Journey to the Centre of the earth: I have never read this book but I have had it sitting on my dresser in my room for several years)
I scared me so I swam to the surface of the water so it wouldn't eat me. When my head was above the water I realised that I wasn't in the swimming pool anymore. I was in a large canyon that I couldn't see out of, the entire floor of the canyon was covered in deep water. There was a tall rocky wall behind me, infront of me and to my right. To my left was a large city made of pearl or gold. It looked like an arabian city with the towers with the big tops. I swam to the wall infront of me, still terrified of the creature below. I pulled myself up onto a ledge.
(The way I pulled myself up and had to move around was extremely similar to a game called "Prince of Persia" that I had been playing recently)
I began to climb and eventually reached a forest overlooking the great ocean inside the canyon I had come from. I looked around and found a small shed and walked inside. I met a woman in there who was extreamley plale, almost white and had a lot of black makeup around her eyes. Her hair was in droopy curls and was a blackish brown colour and she often stared off into the distance. She was extremely paranoid. I talked to her for a while, and at one point her eyes got wide and she screamed a blood curtaling scream. She reached for the curtains and pulled them open. The creature from before was in the water, its head and neck showing out of the water was about 3 or 4 stories tall. It had its head reared up an it opened its mouth to give out a sceam-like screatch.
(At that point in my dream the creature looked exactly like the "Journey to the Centre of the earth book and was in the same possition )
I ran out of the shead and into the forest and hid. After a while I heard a loud screatch of a falcon or an eagle. I ran to the water edge to see what was going on. Giant falcons the size of helecopters were flyign down from the sky and attacking the creature in the water, often picking it up and dropping it again. I heard cheering all around me and hundreds of men and women in buisness suits came running past me and into the water. Families stood at the edge of the city and cheered as their loved ones began to swim back. Everyone had someone creering for them except me. The men and woman began to swim to the city and I decided to join them. Halfway there the falcons began to rise and leave the creature alone. It swam towards us and began to pick off the people around me. The water was beguining to turn a dark red colour like blood. I swam faster and eventually reached the city. I realized that I was alone. The families had left and no one else had made it. I turned around to look at the water and saw nothing but a few floating bodies. I then began to walk into the city but as soon as I got to the gates I woke up.

I don't know if this will help at all but I am very uncomfortable being all alone floating out in the ocean because I think that something will come up from where I can't see and kill me. Sorry , please write the dream without frills and with a few main points , too long for me.

But A pool means a job place , dark water means problms or illness.
A snake underwater means a jealous person as a hidden enemy there.
A helmet means some dignity but also means doing jobs with trickery.
This may happen in a month time.
