I work the night shift at the Semiconductor Factory. I get about 6.5 hours of sleep during the days that i am on shift. i was wondering if any body has ahd this happen to them. I have noticed that I dream a considerable amout more during the day than i do at night. Has anyone else had this happen to them. I am very interested in htis and i have also posted this on my BLOG. Please give me feedback on this subject.

Hi,
There are considerable more distractions when one has to sleep in the daytime. The sleep is more restless, and dylight is a distraction. One needs a constant flow of dreams to counteract the natural diurnal rythm. Simply, it is not natural to sleep in daytime. However if ones livelihood depends on it there is no choice. I worked on shifts (days, afternoons and nights for a long time. Cheers Wolfjk
