Dream that needs to be figured out...DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

I have been having this reoccuring dream now for almost 10 years!!!! Because of this dream I have a problem with anyone touching the insides of my wrists, I cannot hang my arm out of a moving vehicle, etc. Please help!!!

In my dream I am driving down a windy road with someone ( this person is driving, though I don't know who it is) I have my arm hanging out the window and I am semi-reclined in the passenger seat with my eyes closed, in an instant my wrist catches a branch of a tree on the side of the road and the branch rips out the veins from the inside of my wrist as the car keeps driving it keeps pulling and pulling...I wake up frantic and sick to my stomach EVERY time...I dont have this dream often, however I have had it on and off for like 10 years and it has left me afraid of wrists, veins, and hanging my arm out of car windows. I know this sounds INSANE but it's a SERIOUS issue for me now!!! PLEASE HELP!
