dream about surgery

I had the strangest dream that focused on me getting what appeared to be heart surgery. In the dream, I woke during surgery 3 times and required additionally dosages of anesthesia. The last time I woke, I had the distinct feeling of concern as I was worried about irritating the doctor. The doctor was going to administer an additional dosage, but expressed concern. I demanded that he receive additional advice and he called another doctor. He then told me he was going to perform a procedure in a bunch of fake medical language, that consisted of my body dying and then being revived as it appeared that I would not respond to anesthetic. I was about to agree and then the operating room became very busy with an emergency..so I was essentially placed on the back burner. I then was given a large bandage to cover what seemed to be an open incision and sent on my way. The remaining part of the dream consisted of me going to work and carrying on with my daily tasks with this open wound covered by a bandage...I was concerned regarding the potential for infection, but did not act on my concerns.

Any ideas what this could mean?

Heart in the dream is interpreted as some collected money that he will receive.
If one dreamt his heart was out of his body means his body will be safe and health.Saba'a/23.
If you died then again was revived ( they wanted to do so) means you will have a long life.

I did not dream that my heart was removed, but that it was being repaired. Do you think this interpretation would still apply to that situation?

In my experience it is tyoical dream indicating that you had a bad bout of indigestion while you slept. The dream is trying to take your mind of the pain the indigestion is causing.

I then was given a large bandage to cover what seemed to be an open incision and sent on my way. The remaining part of the dream consisted of me going to work and carrying on with my daily tasks with this open wound covered by a bandage..

By this part of the dream the indigestion pain eased and the dream becomes less dramatic. In Freudian terms the dream is trying to preserve your sleep.
