Displaced Anger in the Basement

I was in a basement with my wife and older son. The walls were white and the carpet was green. When I looked at the walls, I became very angry with my wife because she had taken our lawn tractor apart piece by piece and had attached them to a long wall. I didn't say anything to her, but instead I got a great big bowl of vanilla ice cream and began eating it. Next, my son got got a big bowl of ice cream too, but he dropped his on the floor. He went and got a towel to clean up the mess. Finally, right before my last bite, I got a bottle of chocolate syrup and literally poured the whole bottle on this last bite of ice cream before eating the whole thing.
Any help is appreciated.
