Lost pets in dreams OFTEN

Every time any of my pets have run away or became missing, I have dreams of that pet (especially cats) for weeks and sometimes months. It's really starting to freak me out and if anyone has a similar case, or perhaps (even better) and explanation, please post!

Actually, I don't remember any dream with any of my pets EXCEPT for the cats who had disappeared...they are always staring right at me, seemingly frozen, as they do not move at all and I sometimes see my hand reaching out to the cat.

I understand exactly what you are going through. I just recently lost a cat and have been having dreams about her. This has happened to me before when I lost others. I think it is their way of saying goodbye. But who really knows.

Animals in the dreams are symbols for the people with the same charactristics.
I don't think dreaming about cats are relaated with the missing pets.
Cats mean a kind woman or sometimes a thief person.Dreaming of a cat after sunrise means a 6 days of illness.

Cat is interpreted as a corrupt thief.If one dreamt a cat came into his house means a thief person will come there.If dreamt a cat ate something in his house means something will be stolen there.If dreamt he killed a cat means he will overcome a thief.If dreamt he killed a cat and skinned it means he will take back the stolen money.If one dreamt of a cat after sunrise means he will get ill for six days .Cat may also mean 1- a sorrow 2-a tale bearer 3- a kind woman 4- A fight 5- an illness.

I have a question: do they come back, and then you have the dreams, or are they permanently lost and you're dreaming of them? Or what? And why do so many pets of yours go lost and missing anyway? It sounds like it's always happening, but that seems odd to me, unless you don't keep them leashed.

Anyway, we do become psychically linked with animals just as much as with humans. There is a bond, a connection, and I often shared dreams with my last dog, Shaman, who died last year, just as I do with humans. I would imagine if my little Pomeranian, Lily, got lost, she'd be calling to me in one way or another to try to help me find her! She will send me images sometimes of something she wants, and especially in the morning when she wants out of her bed, which is a gated oversized car carrier. I hope she never gets lost, because she's so little, and totally unafraid of cars! But if she did, I think she'd try to tell me where to find her. Do you pay attention to the details in the dreams?
