Zit
My dad dreamt that he was in a place standing. Someone familiar to him stood left of him. He was trying to pop something like a zit on his arm but just as he was trying to pop it a big bag like thing under his arm burst open and a lot of fluid ran all over the floor. But he didn't at all know about the big bag of liquid under his arm untill it burst.

It almost sounds as if your father had asked a simple question (or possibly was asked one) and much to his surprise he got (or gave) a disturbing confession to which he had no previous knowledge.

Pimple means money for the man who had it also pus or the fluid in the pimple means money for the one who had it.
