A few months ago I dreamt that my Great Grandfather died. Then a week after I dreamt that he got seriously ill and died.

I dreamt that my Granny, Father and Brother died and now I am worried. My dad had a heart attack a few weeks ago, my granny is in her 70's but very healthy and my brother is over weight and has a heart disease.

Death in the dream is usually represents the end of something and the begining of something new, a transition but, I have dreamed of relatives dying and the next day got the news that they had died. In order for it to be precongnitive dream predicting the death of the relative you dreamed about, the death would be accompanied by other death symbols like a coo-coo clock, bells ringing, an hour glass, an old tree falling or being uprooted....these are all symbols of actual physical death.

In a dream I was told my maternal grandfather was going to die in 3 years later. I was in my grandfather's house and a coo-coo clock went off at 3:15p ( the little bird came out and said coo-coo twice) and fell off the wall. Three years later at 3 am, my grandfather died at the time foretold. The coo-coo clock falling off the wall in a dream is a symbol of impending death in German folklore (and I have German ancestery). I didn't know that till I looked it up after my grandfather died.

In a dream, I was in the backyard of my grandmother's house and I saw a bright white light in the yard. A couple of relatives who had died came out of the light and said to me that they were comming to get my grandmother and take her to the light. The next day, I was told my grandmother died in the night.

I had one remaining grandparent after my mother's parents had died when I dreamed my mother 's mother, who had died a few years ago, came to me and said she was comming to get my father's mother. She was going to die. This was comforting since my mother's mother and my father's mother had been childhood friends. The next morning, I was told she had died in the nursing home in her sleep.
