Ocean...overflowing!

I always had this dream but last night is just different... This time I was on my normal routine on my way home but had to pass by on the beach to get to my house but I could not walk across. The passage was overflowed by the high tide. I use to just swim across but this time I could not, it's way too far. The water is blue and sparkly and nice weather except that it feels impossible for me to make it.

I am a good swimmer by the way, so it just seem strange. Anyone good can define?

Hi,
Swimming means working of course with slight tricks.
Tidal waves or overflowing the ocean means a benefit from the government or a big scientist ( ocean ).
Let's see when you will receive this benefit without working perhaps a bonus?
Let us know when happened in a month or so.
