Wife's Dream

My wife dreamed that she was in a gymnasium looking up towards the top the bleachers. She saw her father who is deceased along with two brothers. Even though the one brother is heavy in real life, he was very thin and did not feel well in the dream. She went on to say that she walked to the top of the bleachers to see her father and brothers. Also, there were two younger boys sitting there to. She commented on her brother's thin appearance, but her dad and other brother assured her that he would soon be fine.
Any help is always appreciated.

Thanks for interpreting her dream. I think that she was afraid that her brothers had died and that her death would follow directly afterwards.
