Asleep but Talking On My Cell Phone

I dreamed that I was asleep in my bed. Then my wife woke me to say that our youngest son would have to switch his violin lessons to every Wed. at 8:00 P.M. I grimaced at the thought of having to take him to violin lessons in the evening. Next, I felt my cell phone vibrate and hear it ring. I answered it and it was his violin teacher. I couldn't remember exactly what was said, but I woke up in the dream and she was standing in front of my window looking out. Then I asked her what she was doing there because it made me feel uncomfortable. She didn't explain, but instead sat on the edge of my bed. I was still talking to her on my cell phone and it vibrated repeatedly.
Any help or interpretations are always welcomed.
