Wandering

My dreams so often are wandering in unfamiliar surroundings for instance:
climbing to the top of a hill
taking an elevator to various floors and walking hallways to various rooms
being in a house on top of a lake with sliding glass doors open and sheer curtains blowing in the wind
driving unfamiliar roads
I'm wondering, do all these tie together with the single theme of wandering or being in places I've never been. Could any relate to a past life?

No each one is a symbol and has a message.
Climing up a hill means goint to a big man also means achieving a wish.
Lake means a man with limited science like a doctor or a lawyer or a teacher.
Curtains mean sorrows.
Driving means guidance of the life.
