half full or half empty?

I had this dream last night.
Here goes:
I was sitting in a living room with my mom,my aunt,and my best friend. My aunt was passing out gifts to us.I'm not sure what the occasion was,but she was thinking about us. We each got something in a bag.What was most strange about it was my aunt got me body mist and body wash and the containers were not filled all the way up. They weren't used at all.It's just how it came in my dream.I noticed the scent of these things were of roses.I had to remind my aunt of my allergy to roses an she said it shouldn't hurt.The last detail of them was the color was a dark pink almost magenta.
I'm questioning this dream because mostly of the fact of the mist and wash being not filled all the way.To me it seemed half full because that's how I see the glass.I'm also wondering what this dream means. I understand it partially,but not totally.Any definitions or interpretations are welcome.

Are the body mist and body wash kind of shampoo or soap?

The body mist was like a perfume.The body wash was definitely soap,but in a liquid type form.
Hope this helps.Also does the rose scent have to do with anything?

Hi,
Parfume means people will speak good behind the back of you kinda admiring.
Soap if too much and in its package means some money.Pink means a happiness.
Rose essence alos means people speak good of you.

something can only be half full if you fill it up and something can only be half empty if you take away from it.
If the item were unopened then they were half full... but if they were open then the answer is unknown

You were probably using a a new scent or perfume or some aromatic body lotion. The subconscious is very sensitive to strange odours and creates a dream to wake you up.

I'm questioning this dream because mostly of the fact of the mist and wash being not filled all the way.

What a surprise! The subconscious uses surprises and strange ideas in dreams as waking agents. Notice how the half empty containers grabbed you attention! Together with the colour, they were the actual waking agents.
