Fish in My Eye

I was at a lake swimming. When I got out, my vision was blurry and I kept rubbing my eye. I get to a mirror and see a tiny little fish just swimming around inside my eye. I think I remember talking to a doctor about have to cut something open to get it out because it would be nibbling on my eye and pooping in there. Don't remember much else. But very weird. Any thoughts on what this could mean?

I know about the fish dream and pregnancy connection, and for myself, that is not possible. I do know three women who are pregnant and due this month, however.

I know the Word of God talks about if something offends the eye to pluck it out. Not in a natural sense but spiritual. In this dream it seems that something was in your eye nibbling and possible pooping. Thats not good. The only true doctor I know is Jesus. I would be careful of what I am allowing to enter my portals byway of what I am seeing or watching. What were you swimming around for? Are you looking for something. Seeds are planted through the varoius portals of our spiritual bodies. You know the old saying about lying with dogs and get fleas...well swimming around and you might pick up something and it gets into your eye. I would just examine myself.

Hmmm, interesting. I was thinking about the fish symbol and Jesus, and maybe learning to see things with my spiritual eyes. In the dream, I was just enjoying a swim. Nothing bad, I was having fun.

I thought a lot and the only thing I could find is that:
A lake means a person you are or you will work for .Swimming means working.
A fish in your eye may mean that money has or will cover your eyesight and God wants you to think for the other things too.

Is there a link in dream symbols between fish and health? The other day I noticed my aunt's eye kept acting funny. This is real life. She acted as if she couldn't control blinking in one eye and she was rubbing it a lot. My mother (her sister) thinks my aunt has had a mini-stroke and thinks she has lost vision in that eye. But being extremely private and terrified of hospitals, my aunt won't talk about what's going on.

How do you know, generally speaking, when you're having a prophetic dream? I've had a couple dreams about real-life situations going on in other people's lives, but at the time I dream about them, I am unaware of the situations.
