Hi,
Some people are so tired or lack of sleep that don't remember their dreams .There are of course other reasons for fogetting the dreams. Good luck.

He is probably having some pretty trying days. I would encourage you to pray and annoint his pillow before he lays down to sleep at night. Pray peace in the room. If you believe, he will sleep through it and things will get better. try it and see.

Dreams will often refer to events that have just happened. So it just shows that he is feeling especially angry or resentful at the time. The best way to deal with this is to get him to talk about it. If he is locking it up inside himself then its not good. But it depends how stressful he is. We all get stress
