Help deciphering? Forest Fire dream, one tree remains...

About a month ago my boyfriend and I were randomly hiking in a woods by his father's property and we decided to carve our names into a very small tree. Well now I have had the same dream about 8 times since then. In my dream the entire forest area burns completely to the ground... the only thing remaining is the tiny tree in which he inscribed our initials. This is all I can remember of the dream, neither he nor I are present in this dream. Its just like I am watching the entire forest burn from a bird's eye view and that tree never even gets singed by the flames all around it. What could this possibly mean? I have done a lot of research on dream theology and have pieced together a few of my own ideas but would like some outside input. Thus far I have mostly concluded that perhaps it means that either all of the negativity surrounding our relationship is going to dissipate and we will be left standing unscathed or that there is about to be turmoil all around us of some kind. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I'm open to all interpretations....Thank you!

Id stick with the interpretation that you gave if it witnesses to you. You know youre relationship better than anyone and know whats gogin on around you out there.

What do priests and bishps know about dreams?
Perhaps the excitement of good prospects causes your adrenalin to flow? Fire and watching fire indicates that you have heartburn in your sleep. You obviously attach great importance to your little oak tree. It represents hope in your dreams.
