graveyard searching.

friday night/early saturday morning my friend and i went poking around a graveyard taking pictures and just checking things out for a friend of hers. while taking pictures and searching around my eyeline was continually drawn to a specific corner of the graveyard. no matter how much i tried to not focus on this corner my attention was drawn to it and i took several pictures we didn't go too deep in as it was an extremely wooded area and we have lots of wild animals around. we left cameras in hand to take pictures of a house she once lived in and had some unusual occurances when she lived there. we get home i fall asleep and have a dream about the corner of the graveyard. something drawing me closer and closer. in my dream i went farther than i did in person and just kept going farther into the area. it was like i was floating on the ground there was no feeling of steps or anything like that just an ease getting down into there. i felt heavy as i was getting closer. my perception changed from first person to third as i was staring down onto myself. i watched as i made my way closer to the nothingness and the few graves in the corner. as i approached one of the gravesites i heard a noise in the woods. dismissing it as a animal or the wind i continue forward. i get closer and the noise gets louder and louder. i'm watching myself as i get up to the grave i hear rustling all around me...i see something closing in on me and i wake up.

A graveyard is an indirect saying for a travel on the way.Also floating is interpreted as a travel on the way.

honestly, we were not. she had a photograph of the house analyzed by a friend who said she could see a figure in the window and wanted pictures of the house. she had an imaginary friend while living there and we went searching for his grave. but really the past had not been reflected upon and discussed in depth that day. all this was previous knowledge for me and we had just decided to go after leaving the movie theater. we didn't discuss anything on the way back and i went to sleep almost as soon as we got home. its a reaccuring dream. i have been trying to plan a trip to mexico soon. soo maybe.
