This is just me but if you did the litmus test against yourself in this dream, perhaps it is not about you but her. Sometimes in dreams we play the role of someone else or see something and the roles are switched. Perhaps, she is the one struggling with wanting to experiment in a private way that is not natural. Perhaps, you saw that so that you can pray for her. I would just rebuke that spirit off of yourself just to be safe and off of her if it is a struggle for her. You cant go wrong with prayer. I have has dreams and visions where I stand next to someone and could feel everything that they feel or/and play their role so that I get the idea or picture of what is going on. Go with what witnesses to you. Dig deep. Afterall, this came out of left field for you.
