Scariest dream ive ever had

Well let me give some background info i guess, for a general setting:
I have a girlfriend that ive been with for 2 years, but she moved a couple of months ago and i dont know when shes going to be back. Meanwhile my ex-gf who ive always felt a little attracted to seemed to like me again (at the time of the dream, I dont think she does anymore).

Also, I'm in my first year of the hardest business school in Canada, and its really stressful and sleep depriving, I get probably 3-4 hours of sleep a night.

So heres the dream as i wrote it the minute after i woke up:

Nov 4 2009 – 2 hour nap
I found out its mandatory to have some sort of heart surgery in my school due to a bug that’s going around. I am sitting with my friend next to me and watching the surgery from the back row of an auditorium because I came late. First the nurse stabbed the patient in the heart with what seemed to be a needle (sedative?) and the patient goes ballistic, seems like the pain is excruciating and he starts coughing out blood vigorously and falls off the table. The nurse then takes a black cloth and puts it over the patient’s mouth and he relaxes a bit, but still throws up. Then the nurse reaches in the patient’s mouth and pulls out what looks like a kidney that is dripping a river of blood. I then see him lying on the bed with two black spots on his body where the knee caps would have been, but now his body is just a blob of flesh in grayscale, nurse taps the two black spots and I wake up
Notes:
I’ve never had a dream as messed up as this, which is why this is where my dream log starts. I woke up alone in my dark room and I felt very unsecure and scared. I also felt out of it for the next 2-ish hours.

Ive done a general analysis with key terms and they all point to me being stressed and emotionally drained.

You may know the patient later or it may be about you.

Caughing blood means a money loss , caughing also means to complaint.

Throwing up except blood means repenting.

A kidnee means a hidden big piece of money.
Blood dripping means losing money.

This may take a month or two to happen.

But I dont really have any money to lose
lol im in my first year of university I dont even have a job at the moment
And the patient was a white man with white hair and rather large
i doubt ill meet a man like that anytime soon

I agree that this is pertaining to you. Sounds like there are some things in your heart that need to be healed. We tend to harbor so many things in our heart. When we take things into our heart about situations or people we filter them deep down within ourselves and sometime it comes out of when we say what we feeling on the insides. Sometimes it may not be the best things that bless people. The bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Kidneys filter things just as we filter things. It can hurt at times going through the process and getting delivered from these things and being restored. The bible says blessed are the pure in heart. The bible says, I will give them one heart,and I will put a new spirit within you, and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh and will give them a heart of flesh. The bible goes further to say, evey knee shall bow and toungue will confess that I am God. God will get the glory out of this situation. God knows all and sees all. I believe he is healing you of some hurts. Its got to come out and He is doing for you. Seek Gods face in prayer and mediaitation. He cares for you.
