Stabbing dream

Recently i've had a dream where i was being stabbed in the stomach. The motions of the knife that was used weren't those of in and out motions, but more twisting deeper inside from side to side. The person who was doing this, i do not remember, as if there was no face. There was blood, dripping and red. It was as if i could feel everything, and as if it felt hot and warm. I have never had anything like this before, and i would really like to know what some of the things mean. Another thing i should add is that i dont remember fighting back or trying to defend myself...its almost as if i couldnt...and it was just happening. And then i found myself wake up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
