Dream about an old flame plz help

I'm basically gonna give you my life story about this guy and me and then tell you the dream me and this guy use to be the best of friends we played base ball together when I was like 10 or 11 yrs old we were in seperable well me my mom andmy sisters and brother all move away I never saw him again till I was 16 I ran into him at a county fair and we just cliqued all over again we started dating that day but lil did i know he already had a girlfriend and so we broke up about a month later then he tells me him and his girl friendd r no more we need to be together this that and other well we started dating I lose my virginity to him about a yr later i end up pregnant well then 3 months later i miscarry well we stayed together for about another 2 maybe 33 yrs then he moves to Tennessee I didn't see him for a long time then he shows up out of the blue we talk about getting back together but then he tells me he has a son on the way I tell him I love him to death but I can't take him from his son so he goes back to Tennessee I never see him again I moved on started dating got in bad relationships this that and the other and now I am 6 in a half months pregnant with a lil boy and this is where my dream starts I use to dream about this guy all the time i have not dreamt about him in like 5 maybe 6 yrs so here it goes
THE DREAM
basically the dream is now i'm pregnant like i am and i see him standing on a street ccorner talking to my lil sister he don't see me at first but my sister is telling him to leave cuz she don't wanna see me get hurt again well he spots me out of the corner of his eye i take off running away from him he goes after me grabs me up and says i love you and miss you where have u been this that and the other I practically melt in his arms we go back to my place my mom throws me 40 bucks and kicks me out she is like i'm not gonna pick up the pieces when he hurts u again so we leave and start talking he has 3 boys now of his own i tell him i've talked to your wife she says u have been happily married for 5 yrs now he's like that's her story not mine i been miserable without u we end up going into this abandon house in my dream and just start talking well the stairs cave in whilee i'm sitting on them he is on the other side of the room and then i woke up y after all these yrs would i be dreaming about him yea i have always loved him he is the first guy i ever loved i have gotten over him and moved on but i still think about him from time to time but that is the first dream i have had about him in like 6yrs any ideas what that dream could mean? TThanks sry so long but i felt u had to know the whole story to maybe understand what the dream meant
