Clothing store for a female is like what she desire or likes on life. It is like a selection you pick which one you like the most and you found your crush as one of your desire and he happens to work there means that he is just there for the desire to work.
Have you ever get the impression to an employee when he/she say “I just work here!” when you complain about something? And if you can’t seem to solve the problem with an employee you will call the manager. It is like that in your life when you can’t seem to solve the problem with your crush. The dream is telling you that He is just a desire for you like wishful thinking like when you go to the store you wish you can get this or that when you can’t afford it sometimes. I hope that helps.
