Trying to figure this one out!!

I had a strange dream last night that I really need help with.

I dreamed that I wrote a letter to this guy explaining what happened between
us and my feelings for him. I told him in the letter I had hoped that he still liked me. he wrote back to me and I read that he still really likes me. I recall being so happy. Than at one point I saw myself in a room with some people. It was like a conference room with a big table and chairs. All of a sudden he walks in the room with a rolling table and a machine on the table and we look at each other and I recall not wanting to say anything to him about the letter he wrote back. Than I woke up.

In real life this guy is really mad at me. I wonder sometimes how he feels right
now. So I am not sure what this dream is trying to tell me.
