Fragile Brother?

I am 19. I am Male. I live in a small rural town. I work in retail. I am heterosexual. This is is one of my many reoccurring dreams. It goes like so:

[I start out sitting in the drivers seat of a bulldozer. I stand up and jump out of it. I look down the hill that the bulldozer is parked on, and see my previous house, in the place of my new house, but it oddly feels right to me. (I moved when I was 10) I quickly run to the front door of the house as if I am excited to be home. I sling open the door and run into the house. Right as I turn the corner to the hallway, I see someone running around it from the opposite direction. We collide extremely hard and both fall to the ground. I lay on the floor on my back, stunned from the collision. I then spring up as a blood-curling scream, inhuman-like, comes from the other individual who I then notice is my younger brother. I reach out with both arms to grab for him, but upon looking down at him, I realize his arms are broken and contorted out of proportion, almost in knots with exposed bones. I try to help him up, but the more I try, the louder he screams, and the more pain I seem to put him in. He just screams and stares at me wide-eyed without blinking.]

Then I wake up....usually sweating and eager to check on him.....
