I am a man, and yet, I dreamt a doctor told me I had breast cancer. O_o

I was like: "what?"
And he says: "Yes, even men can get it you know?"

I don't know what it means at all. Several weeks ago I found my ma's breast examination kit, but since then, I hadn't thought about it at all.
It didn't even cross my mind that night I went to sleep.

Can someone interpret this please?
