Dream about daughter, wanna hear some ideas.

I'm not usually in for asking other people about dream interpretations since i generally do it myself but this one completely baffled me.

I was third person seeing my dream, and I saw two people walking around a courtyard type thing searching for something. Originally I thought it was my mom and I when i was little, about three. Until I looked a little harder and realized that the woman was me (i look just like my mother the older i get) and i was about 22/23, the little girl (she was about 3) was identical to me with the exception of striking green eyes and a slightly different nose, my own happen to be very dark brown. We were looking for her father because we were supposed to be meeting him and all i remember is an overwhelming feeling of love for her and absolutely hating her dad, whoever he was. The dream ended when we found him.

I had this when i was just barely 18, no boyfriend nothing and no plans of children, but Ive seen weird things before and have very vivid dreams but i've never had ones with emotions as deep as that.

Sometimes, my dreams allow me to see the perspective of another person. So I wonder if you at 22/23, were you seeing from the perspective of your mother, and seeing how she felt about you when you were little, and how she felt about your father? Does that seem possible? Are you at all jealous by nature? Green eyes often denote jealousy or envy.

That's really my only idea on it at present, but I'll let it simmer a bit!

Well if you are your mother then its very likely that you were starting to see things from her point of view. Remember you were a 18 year old girl... probably very teenage in her thinking... with extremes of views such as "I hate you!" and with particularly negative views about parents. Maybe this is about a moment when you staretd to sympathize with your mother but were a great deal more negative about your father
