A sick baby?

I'm a little worried about what this dream could mean, so any help I can get, as always is greatly appreciated.

It started at a house, that I lived with two other people. Apparently one was the father of my child, the other was just a roommate? I had a beautiful baby girl with the palest shade of green eyes I've ever seen. I was at the store with the father, my mom and sister showed up. My sister was playing with 'wild' animals (there was a tiger and some lions) and every time the baby would get scared, her face would turn bright red, and she would feel like she had a fever. I panicked and decided to take her home.

I remember that when I was in the store I was shopping for: bathroom towels, shampoo, and baby stuff. But I randomly, left my cart at the register, grabbed the baby and left.
