Help Understanding

Ok so I have this friend that I really care a lot about. This person often shows up in my dreams, almost all of them recently. Just a couple hours ago I layed down for a nap and started to dream. We were at a party in an apartment I didn't know in a city I didn't know. My friend was having a good time until this other person I know, but I am not at all close with started to cry. I went over to comfort her and she pointed up to my friend and told me to look at her wrists. Both of them were cut, not fresh but very recently cut. Then I lost her and I was calling her phone and she wouldn't answer. Another good friend of mine finally picked up and told me to go to the cemetary. There I found my friend drunk and smashing up headstones. I dont know what to think about this dream and I need help. Thanks for any input!!!

When you have a nap, you can expect all sorts of violent dreams. They don't mean anything! The reason for the dreams are that you go to sleep in strange sleeping positions, sitting up or lying on a settee, slouching forward.

The above quote means that you had your hands trapped under your head or body and your wrists started to hurt. Your dream made you move your hands: "I found my friend drunk and smashing up headstones" That is how you were feeling in your sleep!
