Murder??

So, this sounds like I may be a psychopath...I swear I'm not. Haha.

Anyway, I've had a couple of dreams now where I'll murder someone--no one that I know--and then I have to run from the cops. However, from what I remember, it seems as though I'm unsure if I actually committed the murder or not but I get REALLY terrified while trying to get rid of evidence. It's almost as though I've put myself into the situation somehow and now it's my part to get out, even if I didn't commit the murder myself. There's always someone with me. The "escape" last night in my dream was so intense that I woke up after only five hours of sleep and couldn't fall back asleep again.

I have no idea where these are coming from.
