2 different dreams but curious what they might mean

The first dream I had was back in Feb. I had a dream that I was in my ex boyfriend's house (this dream was shortly after he became said ex). I'm sitting in his living room, talking to him when another man comes in through the window and attacks me, and proceeds to rape me. My ex leaves the room, not bothering to do anything as I'm trying to scream for help, but no sound is coming out of my mouth. After the stranger leaves (I never see his face clearly), I go into the other room to find my ex and the room is his mother's room where he and his mother are laying in bed together. I tell them what happened, upset that he didn't try to help me, and they tell me that I deserved it and his mother calls me a whore.

The second dream came 2 weeks after the first one. I'm in my old jr high, trying to find my way out, while also trying to stay away from zombies that are in the halls. It's sort of Resident Evil-esque if you will, so I'm trying to hide while trying to get out. I finally get to an exit with 3 or 4 other people who I don't recognize.
