I had a dream that I was in a filmmaking competition, similar but not identical to Project Greenlight. I didn't win and felt cheated, not because my film was necessarily the best (it was a tough call) but because the judges' written reasons for not voting for it involved complaints about a scene that was nowhere in the movie; in other words, the judges clearly hadn't been paying attention to the film. I also felt a little cheated because the winning film, while otherwise well made, had a completely nonsensical ending.
Anyway, throughout the whole dream, there was an intense feeling of dread. I don't mean stress over the filmmaking competition, I mean a more instinctual, "something's in the dark" kind of a fear. But that tone seemed to have nothing to do with what was actually going on in the dream. Any ideas? |

There may be something going on in your life
filmmaking competition,
that you feel no-one seems to be paying attention too
in other words, the judges clearly hadn't been paying attention to the film
there may also be some type of rumor or thing happening in your life that is effecting the way people judge you, something that you know didn't happen
because the judges' written reasons for not voting for it involved complaints about a scene that was nowhere in the movie;
this one was a bit confusing for me, but this is what instinctively came to my mind when i read your dream, i hope it helps
