I dreamt that me and one of my good friends were standing in the mirror of my bathroom with just our undies and bra on. when I looked at my friend I noticed she had an extensive amount of chest hair like a man. . .and I had facial hair like a man.

Can I please have insight as to what this may mean?

that mental image is disturbing even to me. it could be about a polished caring sort of openness, or lack thereof. or about being a more ideal friend, open about yourself and still beautiful. something must have gone wrong for a dream like that though.
