Public transportation pregnancy

I cannot recall much of my dream, but I remember that I was sitting on a busy public bus with a lady who pulled out a pregnancy test. I also pulled one out of a brown paper bag and tried to maneuver it so I could pee on the stick. A few minutes past, and I was checking to see if any lines appeared - At first, just one pink line showed up, meaning I was not pregnant. Then about two minutes later, I looked again, and the other pink line formed meaning I was pregnant! I believe the windows on the bus were open, wind was blowing, and the bus was going extremely fast, rocking side-to-side as it went along, down hills, nothing but hills it seemed (look more like a trolley than a regular bus)! And I don't remember a lot of colors in the dream, but an olive green, almost bluish tint was very prominent! I was happy at seeing both lines, but also shocked because I didn't know if the baby was my boyfriends (which is strange because if I ever did get pregnant, it would be his!) I vaguely remember after the bus incident, that I was doing activities (laying on my stomach, rolling around) that made me think "if you're pregnant, you won't be able to do these things anymore!"

Any insight to what this dream means?

Note: I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (aka PCOS) when I was 19 years old - I'm 23 - And have faced the facts I won't be able to get pregnant because of infertility. I want to go through the pregnancy and motherhood process so badly, and have dealt with the depression stages due to the likelyhood I may never have the chance. I don't know if this helps to know, but I don't remember having pregnancy dreams before.

well that has to be deeply symbolic. i mean brown paper bags and pregnancy tests, it's just a pity those things arent covered in depth by philosophers and recorded in the ancient texts.

focus on the feelings of happiness and shock and see what those might correspond to in real life.

it's annoying how infertile people sit around moaning how they can't have children. you have to wonder what their real motivation is. not being able to have the 'pregnancy experience' really screws with some peoples minds.
