Help me with interpreting this dream, please!

I had this dream where me (a boy) and my best friend (a girl and someone who i have feeling for but she doesn't know it yet) are in "school" but it wasn't really just a HUGE gated square. Each outside of the gate had something different behind it. Outside of one there was the teachers. The 2nd had a magizine rack and a backpack. The 3rd had an exit to an old warehouse. The 4th had a beautiful grassy yard with a big tree and a dock and a section of a river. My best friend is on the dock with an older man (possibly her father but her father doesn't look like the man in my dream, in fact the man in my dream is someone i've never seen. He's just a made up person.) They're talking but I can't hear them. She tells him something and it makes him sad. I try to go to her while they finish their talk but my friend's friends stop me telling me I have to want until she gets out.
I do. When she sits at the table me and her other friends are at she ingroes me a little and her friend tell me mean things to get me to leave (in real life her friends are very kind and open to me and tell me that i should tell her my feelings and that we'ed be good together and some of them have become friends to me too). Her and her friends look at the warehouse and talk about how there is a swiming pool inside it but they can't swim in it anymore because an man in an uniform and a gun has locked and won't let anybody in it. They talk about going to the warehouse at night to break in and swim in the pool because they miss swimming in it so much. Then a teacher comes out (or in?) to tell us that we have to go to the next class which me and my best friend don't have togther. I tell her that I love her and would do anything for her and that if she doesn't want me that way that it's okay because i could live with just being friend and i just want her in my life even if it's not in the want i want. she gives me a sweet smile and tells me we should talk later after school. I walk over to the magizine rack and take a magizine with out paying for it and i pick up the backpack (i guess it was mine). a teacher gets mad at me for taking the mag and starts taking me somewhere where no one else is. as i'm being pulled away my best friend and me smile and wave at each other with love and hope in our eyes.
Then i wake up. what does it mean?

maybe this is just some aspect of your friend you are waving goodbye too. like you were telling yourself in the dream, you want her in your life, one way or the other, so maybe its about saying goodbye to one aspect of your relationship.
