Dog dream

The other night i had a dream which included my 2 dogs (one is about 3-4yrs the other is 14yrs). I dreamt that the youngest one might of had rabies and that we were going to put him down. We werent really sure so we had to do some 'test' to see if he had. It kinda vague, but all i remember is holding a white stick that looked like a pregnancy test and the youngest dog was drinking water that reflected the sunlight brightly but the test didnt work, so we were deciding on and off whether or not to put him down. I dont know what the stick was for but i think it had something to do with the test. Also, in the dream he had a identical twin but it was a female and she was healthy.

I find this really weird cause recently, i've been seeing twins or things/people that look frightenly alike since this dream in real life. Some of them being 2 identical magpies, someone who looked shockingly identical to my dad but had never met or seen before, my friends made me watch a film that had the plot based on twins and how they're seen as 'mirrors' of the world, also i became close friends with someone who looks alot like my best friend and to top it all off, i myself am a twin (not identical, boy and girl-me being the girl)

Maybe im just overlooking it, but its been wigging me out a little Hopefully someone can tell me what this means!.
