Hello, I looked all over the net looking for words that i can tie together to understand this dream i'm having, this is the 2nd time ive had it. Hope someone can tell me what it means.
Starts out im in a bedroom (not mine) but feels like mine. maybe im a little younger possible 10-15 years. A basketball prints out of my unplugged printer (i dont watch basketball) i see worms on it that fold from their center they are black and slimy, no one can see them except for me, soon there on my bed and i open the door to my closet and they are in there as well (closet has no window) i start to panic some how my room has people in it some i know some i dont, Someone besides me notices this happening and calls for some one to help, now the worms are on me and only this other person and I can see them. Then the dream changes im at a party in a house (i can tell its my house but not one ive ever lived in before) there are a lot of children there, the inside is dimly lit and there are a few parents inside watching the babies sleep, all the noise is outside in the backyard, i go outside throught a side door and see a woman that im friends with we start to talk about how she is doing and about her boyfriend (unclear what else was said) everyone outside was watching or listening to a legend of the house or area that had to do with spirits(like ghost story time around the camp fire) and i felt like someone / something was watching me, i told the woman i have to go, went back inside the house, and the dream changed again i was back in the bedroom (it didnt feel like the same house) i was on the bed and it seemed like the room not me was being exorcised. I remember i could feel a wind very windy, not hot or cold, and it was very bright, soon the wind stopped and everyone in the room was gone, except for me and the guy who helped me. He gave me a like a radiological detector, but the meter went from only good to bad on the display. everything in the room was good the basketball was closer to the bad line , but not all the way there, I opened my closet and it was bright and clear this time it had a window and in the background i could see the ocean with a mountain in the background, it was beautiful and clear. All the worms were gone, I thanked him and woke up... I have had plenty of dreams some so real i thought it was happening now, this was the most lucid of them all, i could actually feel everything in this one the breathe of someone talking, door knobs, sand on my hands from going outside and laying my hand on the cement, everything had substance. If you can tell me anything i would greatly appreciate it.. Internal. |

Hello Internal,
Perhaps I can help with some aspects of your experience. Very often our dreams are a reflection of our state of mind and how that condition influences our stability. Your bedroom in the dream probably describes your state of mind and the worms describes how that state affects your sanity. Being outside where others discuss a haunted house suggests the way you have exposed yourself--through your posting here--to a discussion of conditions suggested by your unnerving dream experience. Returning to the room describe how you may again experience some mentally confining state of anxiety or forebode. The radiation detector a man provides describes the concept, perception, idea, or understanding someone has offered you to help assuage your concerns. Overall, this dream is about investigating those unconscious concerns suggested by the dream to reach a more liberated and optimistic state of being (opening closet to reveal a picturesque scene). I hope this helps.
