Strange Dream Last night ....

I had a strange dream of peeing (sorry for oversharing) or I guess giving birth to what were actually tadpoles (baby frogs) ... originally I did ask someone on here and had thought maybe it was small fish, but now 48 hours later I realize they were tiny tadpoles that I was peeing out or giving birth to. Does anyone know what this could mean? I am of age and someone told me it means pregnancy...but another person on here said it was not a good dream. Does anyone else know?
