Someone please tell me?

In my dream:
My ex-girlfriend had a twin sister and I was in love with her and we were together. The twin sister died. We had to wait in a huge long line, for the funera,l I think. My ex would comfort me, and say things like... "I'll be here for you". We came across a room filled with my old aqaintances, work...school.
I said something that made them angry and they chased us away.
We wound up at her house.
Her friends showed up, and she left with them. I chased her out of the house and the car down the street a little ways They wouldnt stop for me to talk to her but I ran next to the car with the door open.
I told her that when she had a chance I really wanted to be with her, talk to her. She looked embarresed, because she was around her friends. Then they all laughed at me, and I woke up. I cried alot in the dream.

To put the dream into context, My ex-girlfriend and I are considering getting back together, and I would really like help interpreting this dream, as it may help me make a decision.
Please help me.
