Default BBBBAAADDD dreams

Hi everyone. I am new here but I dont know what to do so I came here for help.

I have been having these for about 2 years now. The thing about these dreams is that sometimes I am not quite asleep yet. Which is even scarier.

I will be in the bed on my back. Everything is normal and dark. I sense something in the room with me and I open my eyes and there will be a large dark shape with wings above me (The ceiling seems to be 20 feet tall in my dream) It screeches and comes down towards me with an open mouth but when it gets almost to me I wake up screaming at the top of my lungs which wakes up my husband (Poor thing) and the kids think that I am being murdered and start crying and screaming to.

I need to know what this means if anyone knows. I will be

Hi,
Going to sleep on your back usually causes a BBBBAAAAADDDDD!! dream. You're asleep allright but your subconscious wakes you up to make you change sleeping position. Sleeping on your back causes breathing difficulties after a short time.
Have a look at this thread
You're not the only one with bad dreams!
Cheers Wolfjk

Default Really?

Really? Sleeping on your back does this? Thanks. I will try not to do that anymore and see if it works.

It maybe sleep paralysis . Thats just a sleep disorder - nothing to worry about

The dream mind is a conceptual mind. So expect the meaning of a dream to be a conceptual meaning. Try to think about the ideas and emotions that are forming in your mind. Dreams can be about health issues, they can be about relationships, they can simply reflect some paranoias in your mind. Simply put dreams are about the STUFF in your mind. So instead of trying to interpret the dream try to think about ideas forming in your mind.

Whats more dreams concentrate on new feelings. They capture those moments when your feelings change. For instance the moment when you started to mistrust your boyfriend. Try this page as it shows you how to spot the issues which trigger dreams

Hi,
Sleeping on the left side causes liver falling on the heart that is not good.
Sleeping on the stomach causes lunge troubles and is not good.
The best is sleeping on the back and sleeping on the right side.
Your dream is not about that.
I don't know if you knew the black winged body as grim reaper or an angel or demon?

But if you write these two prayers on a paper in your handwriting and put under your pillow will help much.

(The dawn)
In the name of God, the beneficent, the Merciful.

1. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn.
2. From the evil of what He has created,
3. And from the evil of the utterly dark night when he comes,
4. And from the evil of those who blow on knots,
5. And from the evil of the envious when he envies.

(The men)
In the name of God, the beneficent, the Merciful.
1. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of men,
2. The king of men,
3. The God of men,
4. From the evil of the whisperings of the slinking (Shaitan),
5. Who whispers into the hearts of men,
6. From among the jinn and the men.

my mom has this. sounds like post traumatic stress, having some main negative event in your past that maybe you are reminded of sometimes. she hasn't got rid of hers. counselling might work, i never wake up screaming so i don't know.
