my really weird and twisted dream?

ok so i had this really weird dream where i was me and still a girl but i had a penis? then there was some random guy that came to my house and and starting to go down on me. it was really weird cuz even though i obviously dont know what it feels like it felt real to me. it kinda creeped me out. i was just wondering what it could mean. ive never had a dream like that before.
