Hi All
I have gotten past the factory dreams but now there is another dream that is kind of weird. It's a repeat of and old dream from about 10 years ago when I lived in Seattle.
In my dream it was from a birds eye view, like I was suspended in the air watching all of this stuff go on. First part is I am in down town Seattle near the space needle. All of a sudden there is a wave of fire and then a wave of water. Something has landed in the Sound, Like when you see nuke explosions in Nevada on the Documentary channel. I actually felt the hot air puff and water spray on my face and saw the buildings collapse into the high water. VIVID colour. Red, Orange and Blue has never been so bright.
Second part of the dream is I was in my neighborhood on my way to the local YMCA with my brother and step mother where we would go to the pool or work out and whatnot. We are in the car on our way when the Earth shakes violent enough to move the car into the next lane of traffic. iIn front of us I see the ground roiling and humping and huge cracks open and close in the chaos. I could smell the dirt over the exaust smells. I thought about what it would feel like to fall into one of the cracks and it was aweful to think of while other cars were being crushed. I prayed to the Earth not to swallow us. Traffic stops and I look to the sky and see green ribbons of some kind of gas in the clouds above us and it starts to hail really hard, golfball size hail. Then I wake up. It isn't the worst weird dream, but it is interesting. This forum has helped me with understanding a lot about dreams, but I don't get this one.

Well its probably a dream about some worst possible scenario. You are wondering if something could truly happen... it could be worries about the economy? worries about change in general? Worries about some relationship which could end catastrophically?

In some way though this terrible catastrophe seems so much more real than it used to?

What earie feelings did you get the day before? What worry do you feel will come true? It could be related to those

Dream interpreting is not an easy task. In some ways its like trying to work out what subject inspired someone’s poem by studying the metaphors within it. It can be done though. But you only achieve any level of success when you interpret your own dreams.

Generally dreams are very much in the present day. They will often represent specific thoughts either as we look back to the previous day or as we focus on the day to come. Wasnt their an Earthquake the other day in Seattle?

Hi,

If one dreamt there was a quake and earth was shivering means the people of that region will have a disaster or an epidemic.
If dreamt the earth was upside down means there will be a big disaster.
If dreamt there was a slight earth quake and earth was shivering slightly and one side was down means the governor of that region will tease people and will plunder them. The stories/81 .

God has been giving various persons warnings about America having a nuclear attack if she does not repent and turn to Jesus Christ. I strongly believe that God may gave you that dream to warn you as well. Read the following:


God gave the following warnings below for America to a Christian prophet Jonathan Hansen in the year of 1997. God told Jonathan Hansen that between 1998-2008 he should share the following warnings below.

In the Pacific Northwest and Casper, Wyoming there will be a nuclear incident. There will also be chemical, biological, nuclear terrorism, and/or attack on the U.S. throughout the United States.
* In the Northwest, volcanic activity will occur.
* Earthquakes across America.

To avoid the above, there must be a mighty, genuine revival (repentance) as in Nineveh (Jonah 3:5-10). Or, a powerful spirit of prayer must arise that will result in the mercy and grace of God as Abraham interceded for Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18:23-33). There is hope! If we meet the conditions of God (II Chronicles 7:14), he will hear our call, forgive us and heal the land! If we do not meet the conditions, judgment will fall and all of the prophecies will come to pass.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we the Church and people in America need to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in reality and practicality to avoid these events warned by the Lord from coming to pass. It is our sins that allow our enemies to hurt us.

Hello Serpent_bird,
First of all the birds eye view shows that the subconscious mind is allowing you the benefit of a higher perspective (a way to step away from being too close to a scenario...so close in fact that you can not objectively see what is going on around you). The bird also is symbolic of autonomy (new found freedom).
From there the violent events abound...showing either one of two acknowledgments. The first would be an acknowledgment (formal) of the fact that you were now living in a scenario that was different than before. I know that sounds like a no brainer right? Sailrmc I already knew this so why on earth would the subconscious mind tell me something that I already knew??
I am glad taht you asked that question...ha. IN reality one of the primary functions of the subconscious mind is to work help you through life through acknowledgment...by bringing things to consciousness. In this sense it was telling you that your life as you knew it was gone you are in the middle of a new way of life, one that is just starting.

The other acknowledgment could very well have been that you were pretty anxious about your new environment...but you did life through it (both int he dream and in real life) so reading between the lines you could say that the message was also that change does not necessarily mean the end of your world.

Thanks Big Big. I appreciate all the responses, even the scary one. I am spiritual, but not about God and his son Jesus. In my view it's religion that rips humanity apart rather then bring us all together. It's unfortunate that people hurt others simply because they believe in and express themselves differently for the same Lord. I don't think that the Almighty or Jesus wants us to hurt each other. They just want everyone to get along without greed or malice. We as a species have to learn to be more selfless and less selfish. I hope what I said here does not offend anyone.
I hold to the Laws of Nature as well as what most people call the Supernatural, it's all natural and was here before humans were. I have witnessed too much with my own eyes not to believe in and hold to these things. I am not a shaman or anything, but I hold to their ways. This forum has helped me understand things about the human brain and where it wonders and how it wonders.
