Four Postive Pregenacy Test?

So i was dreaming of my fiance, me and a couple of other family members. The dreams was kind of a blur in one aspect but the biggest thing that hit me was that during the dream i took 4 pregancy test and they all came out positive. In my dream it was in 10 to 20 minute intervals but still they all came out postive. My fiance was happy and overjoyed but i seemed to be in utter "huh" state. What im i missing here?
