Crying, Pregnancy and Sadness

I dreamt that I was in an office meeting at work, and I wasn't paying attention to what my boss was saying because I was not interested (in real life, I am a very hard worker and always pay attention at work although I don't like my job).

After this office meeting my boss and all the staff went to a nearby garden, I did not go into the garden with them and just carried on and went somewhere else (I stayed outside the garden).

I bumped into my friend, her mum, and grandfather, four things happened here:
1- They were very happy to see me.
2- My friend had shorter hair (chin-length) and she was pregnant - very big round tummy (she's not pregnant in real life nor married).
3- Her grandfather looked like a woman (with long hair) and he was unaware of the world around him, he just lay on the pavement while we spoke.
4- My friend told me that she has to move country, and I started crying and couldn't stop, my friend and her mum were trying to comfort me.

Could someone please analyse this dream for me. Its very strange to me, and lately I've been feeling very unhappy with my life and like I'm being restricted, so maybe its connected.

A garden means another job that you didn't enter.
She was pregnant means she will receive some money as much as the belly was big.

Her grandfather was laying on the pavement and was not aware may mean he will get ill perhaps Alzeimer on the way for him.
You were crying if in tears means you will receive a happiness too, it may take around two months.
